SMS terms

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Who sends the texts

Text messages come from Jack’s Junk Hauling, about your quote and your job.

How you agree

You agree to texts by checking this box on our quote form, which is unchecked until you check it:

“Text me about my quote and job. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP any time. See our SMS terms.”

You don’t have to agree to texts to get a quote. Leave the box unchecked and include an email address, and we’ll reply by email.

What we send

Your price, questions about your photos, booking and scheduling for your job, and coordination with the hauling crew on the day. We don’t send marketing texts.

How often

Message frequency varies. Most quotes and jobs take a few messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, then no more. Reply HELP for help.

Who writes the texts

Our office runs with the help of AI assistants, so texts may be written by one. Real local people do the hauling, and you can ask for a human any time.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We don’t share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone for their marketing. See our privacy policy for the rest.
