Jack’s Junk Hauling is a junk removal booking service for Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville and nearby. This page explains what we collect on jacksjunkhauling.com, what we do with it and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you ask for a photo quote, we collect what you put in the form:

• a description of what needs to go
• your zip code
• your phone number or email address
• the photos you upload
• when you’d like it done
• your name, if you give it
• whether you agreed to text messages

Like any website, our hosting provider also receives basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Counting visits

We count page views, including views of our thank-you page, to see how many quote requests the site brings in. The counter uses no cookies and does not identify you. We don’t use cookies for tracking or advertising.

How we use it

• To price your job. We use your photos only to price your job.
• To reply to you by text or email with your price.
• To book and coordinate your job once you approve the price.
• To keep accurate business records.

AI assistants

Our office runs with the help of AI assistants. Your description and photos may be processed by the AI services we use to read your request and draft our reply. You can ask for a human any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only:

• with the local hauling crew we work with, once you book: what’s needed to do the job, such as what’s being hauled, when, and how to reach you;
• with the providers that run our website, email, text messaging and AI assistants, only so they can do that work for us;
• when the law requires it.

We don’t share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone for their marketing. Our SMS terms explain how texts work.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records as long as we need them to do your job and keep accurate business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For now the way to reach us is the quote form: write “privacy request” in the “What needs to go?” box and leave your phone or email so we can reply.

Children

This site is for adults arranging junk removal. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
